accessibility
We use props to make the poses accessible to all participants, and have some yoga blocks and straps available to borrow for the class. If you have your own, please feel free to bring them!
Please bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket, layers of clothing
Firm yoga blocks if you have them
Socks
