Come together to learn about bodies and the phases of the menstrual cycle in a positive way. Let’s break the stigma and celebrate our periods!
This fun, interactive, and informative workshop is geared at youth who menstruate ages 8 to 13 to take part with a parent or trusted adult, but all are welcome.
It is a chance to learn about periods, our bodies, products and period stigma. It is an opportunity to celebrate all that our bodies can do.
Come a bit early, grab a snack, and get settled.
