As part of Community League Bike Month, RCL welcomes Const. Kenny McKinnon to tell us just how bad bike theft is in Edmonton and what we can do to protect our rides.

Const. McKinnon convinced the Edmonton Police Service to partner with Bike Index, a free, online registration service. Last year that partnership was responsible for reuniting 600 stolen bikes with their owners! He’ll explain how the program works and how to register your bike, if you haven’t done so already.
