Keep Ritchie Green: Yard Series welcomes Kelsie Norton from the Urban Nature Initiative under Nature Alberta's Birds and Biodiversity program.

This new Nature Alberta program will work with homeowners to implement Beneficial Management Practices (BMPs) that will elevate and support biodiversity in urban backyards.

You can apply to have your home used as a demonstration site for various BMPs; such as establishing a pollinator garden, creating habitat for amphibians and making bats welcome.
