Irene and John McDermott, Ritchie residents and city-certified climate change ambassadors (not to mention professional facilitators), want to help us figure out what the climate emergency means in our homes and in our neighbourhood.

In November 2019, they heard about concerns, risks, and opportunities...now what? This afternoon will continue the conversation, look at actions for the community and residents, and brainstorm ideas for upcoming Keep Ritchie Green events.

These quarterly workshops are among several Keep Ritchie Green events planned for 2020. They are part of a “citizen series” which provides a venue for local residents to share their expertise with neighbours on an environmental topic of their choice. Suggestions welcome!

If you're already into the 'green' thing, Ritchie is also looking for knowledge keepers who are willing to share what they know.
